Job Position: Accounting Office Administrator
Job Type:  Contract 
Primary Location: Markham, ON

 

 

Description:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner;

  • Answer the main office line, screening and direct calls; Send and receive packages and mails;

  • Manage partner’s calendars;

  • Coordinate clients’ meetings and other events;

  • Attend client’s inquiries via phones, emails, office text messages, and other kinds of communication methods;

  • Follow up with clients’ payments and signed document;

  • Manage CRM and monthly newsletters;

  • Communicate with tax authority (CRA) on behalf of firm’s clients;

  • Coordinate assigned clients’ payroll;

  • Tracking of tax filing status;

  • Organize and filing client data and information;

  • Basic accounting data entries;

  • Create invoices and payments for clients and vendors;

  • Proofread and assemble documents and packages for clients;

  • Assist senior staff and partners in running reports and response letters;

  • Assist senior staff and partners in preparing various

  • filings on behalf of clients;

  • Manage inventory of office supplies; and Other adhoc accounting and tax tasks on demand.

 

Job Requirement:

  • 1-3 Office administrative experience 

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with clients at a professional level; 

  • Good communication skills both in writing and speaking

  • Accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Words, Excel & Spreadsheet

  • Fluent in both Cantonese or Mandarin
